Neighborhood variance is extreme. North Hollywood has beautiful blocks and rough blocks, sometimes separated by a single street. The Arts District is polished and safe, but other parts of North Hollywood have higher crime rates and visible homelessness. North Hollywood is not a sleeper anymore, but there is still time to get in smart.
