With two decades of real estate experience, Hilary brings deep operational insight, legal expertise, and a sharp eye for innovation to the Side Community and beyond.

Before co-founding Side, Hilary ran her boutique real estate brokerage and a law firm focused exclusively on real estate transactions, giving her a rare dual perspective that blends practical sales experience with legal precision. She holds B.A. degrees in Communications, German, and Accounting from the University of San Diego and a J.D. and LL.M. in Taxation from Golden Gate University.
